  • Quote and order information: product selections, quantities, sizes, colors, specifications, delivery instructions, purchase history, tax-exemption information, and other details needed to quote, produce, and deliver an order.
  • Artwork and personalization information: logos, photographs, designs, trademarks, names, identification numbers, serial numbers, employee lists, and other content you submit for printing, engraving, embroidery, personalization, proofing, or production.
  • Payment and transaction information: payment status, transaction identifiers, and limited billing information. Credit- and debit-card payments are processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number.
  • Communications: messages, emails, text messages, quote requests, customer-service records, proof approvals, and other communications you send to us.
  • Website and device information: Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location derived from an IP address, and dates and times of visits.
