Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with Industrial Printing & Design. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not proceed with your order.
- Definitions
- “Industrial Printing & Design” refers to our printing business located at 19718 Rippling Brook Lane, Tomball, Texas 77375.
- “Customer” refers to the individual, company, or entity placing an order with Industrial Printing & Design.
1.1 “Pre-Production” means an order that has been accepted by Industrial Printing & Design, but artwork and payment have not been received.
1.2 “Production” means an order in which the artwork has been accepted, approved, and payment has been received by Industrial Printing & Design. Once Production has begun, no changes to the artwork or order details will be allowed without the written consent of Industrial Printing & Design.
1.3 “Post-Production” means an order that has been completed by Industrial Printing & Design, including the printing, laser engraving, or any other requested services.
1.4 “Spoilage” refers to the potential damage or errors that may occur on customer-supplied materials for laser engraving. The customer acknowledges that Industrial Printing & Design is not responsible for any spoilage, damage, or errors that may occur during the laser engraving process.
- Artwork Approval and Payment
2.1 All artwork must be approved, and payment must be received before production can begin. We reserve the right to decline any order or request modifications to the artwork if it does not meet our standards or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
2.2 Once production has started, no changes can be made to the artwork or any other order details. It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly review and approve the artwork before production commences.
2.3 Orders are considered in pre-production status until the artwork is approved by the customer. Once the artwork is approved, the order will move into production. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates until the artwork is approved, as production timelines may vary.
- Payments Accepted
3.1 Payments for orders can be made in cash, debit cards, or credit cards. We do not accept checks as a form of payment.
- Customer Supplied Apparel
4.1 We do not accept customer-supplied apparel for printing services. All apparel used in printing must be sourced from Industrial Printing & Design to ensure quality and compatibility with our printing processes.
- Customer Provided Laser Engraved Items
5.1 If customers provide items for laser engraving, those items must be new and in the original packaging.
5.2 Customers must provide one extra item for spoilage per one hundred provided. Spoilage refers to the potential damage or errors that may occur during the laser engraving process.
5.3 Industrial Printing & Design will not be held responsible for any spoilage that occurs during the laser engraving process, and the spoiled items will not be returned to the customer.
- Usage of Trademarks, Copyrights, and Intellectual Property
6.1 The customer represents and warrants that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and authorizations to use any trademarks, logos, copyrights, or other intellectual property included in the artwork or design provided to Industrial Printing & Design for printing or laser engraving.
6.2 Industrial Printing & Design does not claim ownership or rights to any trademarks, logos, copyrights, or other intellectual property provided by the customer. The customer retains all ownership and rights to their intellectual property.
6.3 By placing an order with Industrial Printing & Design, the customer grants Industrial Printing & Design a limited license to use the customer’s trademarks, logos, copyrights, or other intellectual property solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order and providing the requested services. This license does not grant Industrial Printing & Design the right to use the customer’s intellectual property for any other purpose without the written consent of the customer.
- Limitation of Liability
7.1 In no event shall Industrial Printing & Design be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services or products.
- Governing Law
8.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas and the United States.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions
9.1 Industrial Printing & Design reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes.
